What happens next, in plain terms

  1. Reply within one working day. Your enquiry is read by the team in Lviv and answered from info@vexrylia.com. Enquiries that arrive on a Sunday or a public holiday are answered the next working day.
  2. A written reply with the numbers. You receive dates, group size, walking distance, elevation gain, plus the full inclusions and exclusions list for the retreat you asked about.
  3. A hold, then a confirmation. We can hold your place for 48 hours while you decide. A booking exists only after our written confirmation and the deposit payment.

Wellness notes before you book

  • Thermal bathing and sauna are comfort experiences, not medical treatment. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
  • If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a heart or blood pressure condition, speak to your own doctor before booking.
  • Spring temperature, mineral content and water flow are measured on site by the operators and change with rainfall and season.
