Terms of Service

These terms govern retreat bookings, payments, participation and use of this website.

1. Operator

2. Booking and payment

A contract forms on our written confirmation. Prices, included services, order steps, cancellation and refund rules are shown before you confirm (Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce"; Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection"). Prices in EUR or UAH cover listed services; the price is fixed once confirmed, except for statutory taxes.

3. Participants

You must give accurate data, hold valid documents and insurance, be fit for the programme and follow safety instructions. We may refuse participation for safety or serious misconduct.

4. Changes and refunds

Cancellations must be in writing; fees follow the scale in the offer. If we cancel, you receive a full refund of sums paid or an alternative retreat, within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. Package travel

Where transport, accommodation and other tourist services form a package, statutory information is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism". EU residents also rely on Directive (EU) 2015/2302, including pre-contract information, transfer of booking, price reduction and compensation.

6. Liability and intellectual property

We are liable for proper performance under mandatory consumer law but not for force majeure. Website texts, photographs and marks belong to vexrylia.com or its licensors; copying or commercial reuse requires written permission. Advertising is identifiable and accurate under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising".

7. Complaints and data

Complaints go to info@vexrylia.com; we reply within 30 days. Consumer rights and dispute resolution follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection"; you may approach the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or the courts. Personal data are processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection"; see the Privacy Policy.
